Angry make me no mood

I really do not know how to control my temper. I am trying hard not to be angry, not to scold the children everyday. But they always make me lost control. They have thousand of action could drive me crazy..I am so sad could not control myself. I think I have no hope to live without anger..They will just drive me crazy ...how could I live easily, at least nobody will make me angry.
