After read lazybone's Frozen EBM, I oso wanna post about my EBM liao...to keep a record for myself mah...altho I didn't go for travelling like she do...but I oso keep stock for emergency use lor...
Don know wat is EBM ahh?? hehee...EBM = Expressed BreastMilk..
Refer back to half year ago (So happy to dig out my previous ice-cream batang post..hehe), my bm volumn drop liao...previously 4 - 5oz within 3 hours and now 3oz within 5/6 hours only...I think I will not qualify to be a cow soon liao...:p
I'm using the 1st In 1st Out stock for SQ since 3 months ago liao..She took those frozen EBM when I'm working...so far ok ahh....From her sizes...u know how healthy she is lor..haha
I haven't decide to stop nursing SQ ler..Maybe just until she wean herself lor...

I didn't know that we can actually prepare before hand and then keep them. By the way, how long can we keep them ah??

Wow what an eye opener, never seen nor heard of this before. Thanks for the photos! Does SQ eat it frozen like that or have to "cair" kan to drink? Sorry for being jakun :P
yo, msau u cow lar, haha! Those expired one, can give SQ a milk bath. When i did that the 1st time to Sebastian hor, he wanted to lick the water in the tub leh, I think he could smell it was his EBM!
just curious, how much can a bag hold? 2oz? 3oz? and what do you use to tie it? rubber band?

emotionalistic, EBM in deep freezer 1 year, frozen EBM in upper refrigerant about 3 months & chilled EBM in lower refriferant about 3 days lor.. ohh..is good for u to know this liao..hehe..later u can supply the best food for ur baby liao..

normally I thaw 1st, then warm b4 feed SQ..
sansan, I kenot imagine let SQ bath in ebm lah...now she oledi love to drink those bath water lah..If with ebm smell somemore ahh...I think she won get up from it lah...
momof2, normally I put 3oz ~ 3.5oz per bag lor..I didn't use rubber band ahh..just knot it lor..
Msau, yours still more than mine. Me lazy to pump too much, only "ngam ngam" for next day use. You're still a qualified moo!!!

MrsT, I almost give up on the 2nd month actually, lucky found MMB which help me alot on this lor..I totally understand u just missed supporter on bf ..
shoppingmom, hehe..now i oso ngam ngam (Maybe not enough) for SQ oso..but lucky previously got keep some stock lah..so now can change my method of 1st in 1st out to avoid EBM expire lor..

Seems like more of your frozen ebms are in ice-cream bags huh! I missed those days when my ebms are so much that it occupied 2.5 freezers - didn't take any photo by then. Good that you can continue nursing - keep it up. As for me, sigh, it is time to stop now... :(
Hmmm... Next time got to buy a fridge with at least 2 comparments to seperate my durian ice cream batang and my wife's EBM... Hmmm... Hmmm...

papi, hehee..expired EBM kenot give hubby lah...but still many way to use it wor..like wash face & body lah..(skin really more smooth & shiny ohh)..for plants lah..& etcs..
Wow, I sure miss my old glory day too. Now McBs already 'lembik' lah.
