Apply For Construction Loans

I'm thinking of should I apply for Construction Loans and get new purchase house renovation done as soon as possible? We have spent all of the money on purchase this new home. We have nothing leave after paid the 10% down payment and lawyer fees half year ago. We just completed all the processing and received the key 1 month ago.

'm really can't wait to move it the house, but duet to this is a second hand house for more than 15 years. So we have to remodeling the house before move it. So I was thinking that maybe construction loan could help us pay those renovation fees. I checked that the construction loan is based on the future of property value which I think my new house meet all the requirement. Perhaps I should apply the loan first, so that we could move in to new home as soon as possible.
