I'm Not Good in Marketing

One of my colleague are interested in market research recently, he is our junior sales representative actually. Just joint in sales and marketing line for few months, and now seem like he really interested to know more about market research. He said he want to learn how to understand people and marketing more. So that he could achieve his sales target as soon as possible. I think he might need to search online for information about this. I totally have no idea how the market research working, else, I will be working in sales and marketing department already. haha
