Order Another Set Of Emergency Kit

My boss has no choice to order another pack of Emergency Kits to replace the one lost by company driver. She already informed the driver, the payment for this emergency kit will deduct from his this month salary. But he is lucky, because my boss only requests him to pay half of it and the other half will pay by company. Boss have giving us memo that all company equipment that staff borrow must returns on the next day, who fail to do so will have to pay 'penalty' until the returns of the stuff.
