No matter what, now will be the time to get the Maytag Refrigerators for our office already. I have done some research and collected some information about refrigerators. Actually, boss is the one recommended to buy the Maytag Refrigerators, and from the information, I collected showing that Maytag Refrigerators quality quite good. They have many models; I think I have to show boss the entire model and let her choose one that suitable for our office used.

Since all come with Free of Charges. haha

Oh my...I have forgot what was I am wear on my wedding night already. Nevertheless, I am sure that should be the most modern evening dress I ever have. I am kind of fussy person; I will not chose dresses that not looking nice when put on me. :p

I understand why she keep pushing to study again, she need a professional staff that with degree qualification. I am still not yet qualify to handle all the office management yet, because of my not so good marketing and communication skill. I need to study more about marketing and management, if I wish to expand my career to higher position. In addition, no doubt that my boss is helping me to get there, else, she will not be so busybody to keep talking to me about the online course.

The Stairlifts In My Office

I was thinking that how good if my boss willing to install the stairlifts in our office. Although I am fat, but I do not want to do exercise everyday also. Oh my...Everyday, I have to climb up to second floor, very tire you know. Ha-ha...Just kidding. Actually, for my views, stair lifts are very useful for senior people, especially for those who struggle daily with the stairs in their life and need good care.

Our company have quite lots of senior customers who are ages 65 and above, and they used to visit our office to directly purchase products from us. I saw some of them with very tired face after reached our office. Therefore, I was thinking that is necessary to install the stair lift in our office. I will bring this up on coming meeting and refer boss to visit valuestairlifts.co.uk that selling various stair lifts. I hope that we can provide the best environment to our value customers.

ChitChating With Customer

I called a customer to request for payment this afternoon, while chitchat a little bit about his company financial. We also talk some personal stuff. Well, this usually is the communication skill of being nice to customer, so that they will be nice to us. When we talk about how to improved ourselves, he suddenly told me about he was interested to take the MBA course at capella university. I am very surprise about this, because this was the university my boss recommended to me, which I have not decide take the course or not. Now, seem like we might have chance to become schoolmates, if both of us really take the course at capella university.

Attractive Female Boss

This morning, my boss received flowers again! I'm envy her, she always received flowers from many different admirer. She is 40 plus woman, but she still looks very attractive to man, especially for old man. haha

I think she look great in this 40 years old stage, doesn't look old at all. I feel that her inside are much more beauty than her outlook. She is the most understanding boss I ever have. Maybe this is the reason she look so attractive? And most of the man can't help themselves to fall in love with her? I'm very welcome those man send flowers to my boss, because this are the main decoration for our office now! Boss will just leave those flowers to us, because she can't bring back to home. Else, her husband will know he might be in the dangerous of losing his marriage. :p

Back Up Company Data

I am always thinking that backings up company confidential documents are very difficult, because I can't find the most suitable method to keep it. I was worry someone will discover it if I save it into DVDs or store at computer hard disk. But Data Deposit Box is telling me that "Backing up is easier than you think". I'm very interest to know more about the easier way that they mention. So I check out in their website.

They are providing $2 per GB storage only for online backup services which protecting the data with bank grade encryption. User will need the key to access the web storage data. The most important is entire data are encrypted in the transfer progressing from computer to web backup system. Besides that, user can access the backup file at anytime and anywhere that having internet connection.

I got to recommend Data Deposit Box's Easy Online Backup to my boss and get our company data back up in their server.

Upgraded Stock & Accounting Software

We are looking for network cables to connect our office stock system. We just upgraded our stock software to multi user system, now we are going to connecting the main computer to others staff computer. So that we can connected with each computer and able to updating the stock and accounting software at the same time. I have to make sure everythings install correctly within this week, otherwise I will have the problem to ready my month end financial report.

Going To Send Computer For Upgrading

We are going to upgrade the office computer soon. Pentium 2 is no longer suitable for our daily workload. We need better performance computer to help us do the jobs faster and effectively. Recent computer are too slow to complete our work, we usually take an hour to issue customer invoice which actually need less than 15 minutes if it is done with higher performance computer. Due to financial problem, we cannot afford to buy 10 computers at the same time. Finally my boss decided to send all the old computers for upgrading. We have check with our computer repairer, according to them this may take up to 5 days for upgrading all of our computers.

So, searching for computer rentals company is what I have to do now. We still need computer to manage our daily works, so getting computer rentals for short terms will be our only solution. I found the Computer Rentals are offering many different kind of computer products to rent. For example laptop, iBook, LCD Monitor, Projector, Mac Pro rentals and many others. I will pass this company information to my boss and let her decide how many computers we should rent.

Driver Need A Credit Card

My driver just asks me about the processing of Credit Cards application. He said he wish to get a credit card special for using at petrol station. He wants me to recommend some nice credit card for him, but frankly speaking I'm not really known what kind of credit is suitable for him. I'm worry I will wrongly guide him using the wrong credit card and cause him run into debts :p

So I just refer him to a nice credit card website which can let him to find and compare the credit card and wish he could get what he really needed. I think with the comparison of so many kind of credit card, he should able to find the right credit card for him. And the best is he can straight away apply the credit card at the website without hassle.

Order Another Set Of Emergency Kit

My boss has no choice to order another pack of Emergency Kits to replace the one lost by company driver. She already informed the driver, the payment for this emergency kit will deduct from his this month salary. But he is lucky, because my boss only requests him to pay half of it and the other half will pay by company. Boss have giving us memo that all company equipment that staff borrow must returns on the next day, who fail to do so will have to pay 'penalty' until the returns of the stuff.

We Need More Office Furniture

We have too much of document have not filling into cabinet yet. It's not because I have no time to do so, but is we have no more cabinet to keep those file. I have request boss to purchase more office furniture for office use. Beside the file cabinet, we need a set of conference table and chair for our new setup conference room. I think she still no time to shop for the furniture yet, I will propose to her let me help her have a look at those furniture and get back to her if I found something cheap and suitable office furniture on this weekend.

I love to be her staff, I'm promise to server my best performance in this company, no matter it is with or without the Silver coins.
