ChitChating With Customer

I called a customer to request for payment this afternoon, while chitchat a little bit about his company financial. We also talk some personal stuff. Well, this usually is the communication skill of being nice to customer, so that they will be nice to us. When we talk about how to improved ourselves, he suddenly told me about he was interested to take the MBA course at capella university. I am very surprise about this, because this was the university my boss recommended to me, which I have not decide take the course or not. Now, seem like we might have chance to become schoolmates, if both of us really take the course at capella university. :lol:
