Too Nice Boss I Have

This morning, boss have printed out capella university information and passed to me. I think she keen to want me enroll into their online course. I understand why she keep pushing to study again, she need a professional staff that with degree qualification. I am still not yet qualify to handle all the office management yet, because of my not so good marketing and communication skill. I need to study more about marketing and management, if I wish to expand my career to higher position. In addition, no doubt that my boss is helping me to get there, else, she will not be so busybody to keep talking to me about the online course.
