Secretary Company Meeting

Tomorrow, I am going to follow boss to secretary company. We have a discussion of closing down one of the dormant company. Oh My, I was thinking of what should I ready for tomorrow meeting since lunch time, but still not yet get the idea of what to ask and how to close the account. I really lost of idea now. :p

Maybe I should just asking them how to close the fixed assets? transfering of debtors account and write of the creditor and director loan account? Haii...headache..Tomorrow must bring hand book to record all the requirement of closing of dormant account.
