Different responsibility

Woman is in charge of family happening and man is in charge of business and others "big" happening. Do you think so? hai..this happen in my family. My husband does not know anything about the children. Opps..I should not say like that, just that he does not know how to check the children homework, follow up their school activities. I think he is depends all those thingy on me, that is why he never know what to do for his daughter.
