Insurance Again

I do not know much about insurance although I did bought few types of insurance plan for own. I could not differential the different of medical card insurance and social security disability insurance at all! Well, I only know the different of whole life insurance, but I think I do not need this already because I already have one. Now come to medical plan, what kind of medical is suitable for a 36 year-old woman? Of course, the cheaper the better as I could not afford high insurance premium now. :p
